Any guest who does not join will be removed from SPOND.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attending Events<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Members booking into events will only be accepted into the event via SPOND and not via any of the CGS WhatsApp Groups. Entering events is done via the ATTENDING button under the event.&nbsp; Once an event has been activated by the host you can either Attend or Decline. If the comment is specifically for the host then use the option \u201cSend Message to Host\u201d in doing so know one else will see that message apart from the host.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5382 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.caribbeangolfsociety.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/posting-message-to-host-3-e1598957948179-300x176.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"176\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caribbeangolfsociety.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/posting-message-to-host-3-e1598957948179-300x176.png 300w, https:\/\/www.caribbeangolfsociety.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/posting-message-to-host-3-e1598957948179-1024x601.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.caribbeangolfsociety.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/posting-message-to-host-3-e1598957948179-768x451.png 768w, https:\/\/www.caribbeangolfsociety.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/posting-message-to-host-3-e1598957948179.png 1395w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will get notification from SPOND on any new comments made from members or the host or on new events requiring a response, so its always a good idea to check SPOND regularly for such matters especially if an event requires a response to Accept or Decline attendance or a Poll has been created and requires your response.<\/li>\n<li>Anyone attending an event make sure to check SPOND for any updates that may have been made to that event so you are aware of any event changes prior to attending.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Members should be courteous and respond to events which require attendance by selecting DECLINE or ACCEPT.
