It was the first full schedule for the Caribbean Golf Society, with 8 majors played on various courses throughout the West Midlands.  The CGS was now establishing itself has one of the premier societies in the area.

The golf this season was at a very high level with many players putting in the time on the practice green and the range to try and be the first to lift the first CGS Order of Merit title.  It came down to the final event of the season to decide the winner, but it would be CGS captain Jacko who would be crowned the title winner.

The end of season presentation took place at the Abbey Hotel Golf and Country club after the final round of the season.  Congratulations to Jacko.
