The CGS tour took the journey up to the Lilleshall Golf Club in Shropshire to contest this year’s 4th Major the Captains Trophy.
As usual a good field of 36 players turned up for the challenge, of which we welcomed one guest from Nottingham Lloyd Gordon playing in his first event.

This is now the CGS’s regular venue at Lilleshall G.C. which continues to be enjoyed by all that attend
Once again, we had wonderful weather and the course was in very good condition and it was great to play on greens that were in excellent condition.
